Welcome to The Lab — a premium, members-only training space designed for dedicated hitters. Powered by a high-performance pitching machine and smart-lock access, The Lab gives you the flexibility, privacy, and professional setup you need to level up your game—on your schedule.
Membership INFO
Membership is capped to maintain quality and availability. If the ticker above says we are currently accepting new members, then enrollment is open. Once full, access will close and a first-come, first-served waitlist will begin.
IMPORTANT: 12/6/3-month plans are locked-in contracts and cannot be canceled early. You’ll be automatically billed each month for the full term. So please choose wisely.
Billing is processed monthly on the anniversary of the original membership purchase date. For instance, if a membership is purchased on May 20th, future payments will be charged on the 20th of each subsequent month. If you’re on month-to-month and need to cancel or pause, please let us know before the next billing cycle.

Whether you’re working on swing mechanics, dialing in bat path, or competing in simulated game environments, HitTrax turns training into a powerful, measurable experience.
We are proud to now offer HitTrax at B Rauhty Baseball, giving our athletes the same elite-level technology used by college programs and professional organizations to level up performance and accelerate development.

If you see a same-day opening on our schedule, non-members are welcome to book it! You’ll still need to create an account and sign a waiver first.
Pricing:
- Regular: $35 for 1/2 hour, $50/hour
- Hittrax: $50 for 1/2 hour, $85/hour
step 1 — Create an Account
To train at The Lab, all athletes must have an account with our scheduling platform, eSoft Planner. Whether you’re a member or taking advantage of a same-day ‘stolen’ non-member opening, an active eSoft account is required to book and access training sessions.
Step 2 — Choose a membership
If you’re serious about maximizing reps, securing priority booking, and committing fully to your training, a membership is the best way to lock in the benefits and take control of your progress. Membership spots are capped to maintain the highest quality experience and session availability. If the ticker above indicates enrollment is open, new members are currently being accepted — but once full, access will close and a first-come, first-served waitlist will begin.
Step 3 — Book a Cage Rental
Book 30- or 60-minute sessions through our online portal
Open daily: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM (hours subject to change)
Smart-lock system will email you a unique code for each session
Fully self-service: show up, train, shut down, and go
Step 4 — Have Fun & Follow the Rules
To keep The Lab clean, safe, and running smoothly:
Turf shoes or sneakers only — no cleats
Helmets required while inside the cage
Under 14? Must be accompanied by an adult or sibling age 14+
Water only — no food or other drinks allowed
All members must sign a waiver before their first session
Max 1 hour per day per member
Please only book time slots you plan to use — no-shows will be tracked
Be respectful: private lessons may be in neighboring lanes
Guests (1–2 max) are welcome with $15 per guest fee, charged to your account. Guests must also sign a waiver
Turn off machine and lights after your session unless another member is waiting
Leave the space clean and report any damage or malfunctions immediately
The facility is under 24/7 surveillance. Members will be charged for any stolen or damaged equipment
Repeated no-shows, disrespectful behavior, or facility misuse may result in revoked membership
3-Strike Cancellation Policy
We get it — things happen. But to keep The Lab running smoothly, we enforce a:
3-Strike Rule:
If a member cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows 3 times in one month, B Rauhty LLC reserves the right to revoke your membership.
Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
