Cancellations
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY FOR LESSONS
Due to a large increase of last-minute cancellations and no shows, we have been forced to instate new policies regarding your sessions. Although we wish we did not have to do this, it has become a real issue lately. We always do our best to be respectful of your time and we expect the same in return. Thank you for understanding.
A cancellation of any session requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. If cancelling within 24 hours or no show, you will be charged for the session in full plus a 3.5% credit card processing fee and you may be required to pay prior to rebooking.
We understand that unexpected emergencies arise and those will be handled on a case by case basis.

At B Rauhty Baseball Camp, we strive to provide the best training experience possible. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all participants, please review our cancellation policy:
- No refunds will be issued within 3 weeks of the camp start date.
- If you register within 3 weeks of the camp start date, you have 24 hours to cancel your registration with no charge.
