Participant acknowledges that baseball training, throwing programs, pitching mechanics instruction, strength training, and arm care activities involve risk of injury, including muscle strains, ligament injuries, UCL injuries, shoulder injuries, elbow injuries, overuse injuries, and other acute or chronic injuries.

Remote Supervision Acknowledgment *

Participant understands training is provided remotely through virtual platforms and that B Rauhty LLC does not provide in-person supervision, spotting, equipment setup, or emergency assistance. Participant is responsible for maintaining a safe training environment.

Release of Liability & Covenant Not to Sue *

I acknowledge and agree

Participant agrees to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue B Rauhty LLC, its owners, coaches, trainers, contractors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from claims related to participation in remote baseball training.

Indemnification & Hold Harmless *

I acknowledge and agree

Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless B Rauhty LLC from claims, damages, legal costs, attorneys’ fees, or expenses arising from participation, injury to third parties, property damage, or breach of the agreement.

Medical Fitness Certification *

Participant confirms they are physically fit to participate, have had the opportunity to consult a physician, will stop if they experience pain or unsafe conditions, and understands B Rauhty LLC is not providing medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Athlete Responsibility *

Additional equipment/gym access may be recommended to complete your program. Throwing/Pitching/Drill Progression Work Videos need to be submitted to Josh by Saturday so that he can review and make necessary adjustments to the program

ACH Payment Authorization *

I acknowledge and agree

By clicking "Agree," you authorize B Rauhty LLC to securely debit the bank account provided for recurring payments related to your training program, coaching services, memberships, or other purchases. This authorization will remain active until canceled. You may update or revoke your authorization at any time by providing B Rauhty LLC with at least thirty (30) days written notice. Any payments already scheduled prior to cancellation may still be processed.
